2018 International Forum for Outstanding Young Talents, School of Electrical Engineering, Chongqing University
为进一步加大海内外优秀青年人才引进力度，经学院讨论通过，决定举办“2018年重庆大学电气工程学院海内外优秀青年学者论坛”，现将相关事项通知如下：
To attract talents from home and abroad, and promote academic exchange, the School of Electrical Engineering (SEE) will hold the International Forum for Outstanding Young Talents.
一、举办形式 / Form
电气工程学院海内外优秀青年学者论坛按照“学术报告+学术交流+技术参观”形式举行。
The Forum will be held in the forms of academic report, meeting with faculties, and school visit.
二、报名条件 / Requirements
年龄一般在40岁以下，具有博士学位，品行端正，身体健康，有优秀的学术潜质，已在相关学术领域崭露头角，具备带动学科发展或独立发展一个学科方向的能力，具有学术发展潜力和学术领军人物潜质的青年优秀人才。
SEE sincerely welcomes talents who have a Ph.D degree, have great academic performance in a certain field, have potential to lead or develop a discipline, and are generally under the age of 40 and healthy.
三、差旅报销 / Travel expenses
论坛期间，学院负责为受邀参会者免费安排论坛期间食宿。受邀参会者自订机票，学院予以报销往返经济舱机票及市内交通费（报销的最高限额如下：欧美等地1.5万元/人，亚洲国家1万元/人、港澳台或国内0.5万元/人）。
SEE will cover travel expenses (economy class air tickets and transport within the city), and provide free accommodation and meals for invitees.
Upper limit of reimbursement:
RMB 15,000 Yuan per person for invitees from Europe and North America, etc;
RMB 10,000 Yuan per person for invitees from Asian countries;
RMB 5,000 Yuan per person for invitees from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and Mainland China.
四、日程安排 / Schedule
2月20日，报名截止；
3月10日前，学院发出邀请函；
3月30日全天报到，安排住宿；
3月31日论坛开幕式，学术报告；
4月1日，学术交流和技术参观。
Feb 20, deadline of application;
Before Mar 10, invitations will be sent;
Mar 30, registration and check-in;
Mar 31, opening ceremony and academic reports;
Apr 1, meeting with faculties and school visit.
